Have you sent your DNA samples to BioPet Vet Lab but did not receive a New Account Information or Status Update email?

There are 2 very common reasons why you didn’t receive an email.

1. Your DNA samples have not yet arrived at BioPet Vet Lab

Accounts on the DNA World Pet Registry are created when your DNA samples are received by BioPet Vet Lab

The postage paid envelope provided with your kit(s) gets mailed back via the United States Postal Service. This can take anywhere from two (2) days to two (2) weeks to arrive at BioPet Vet Lab in Knoxville, Tennessee. It may take longer if you reside outside the United States. Please allow enough time for your samples to arrive and information to be processed.

2. Your email spam settings may block our emails.

Notification emails from the DNA World Pet Registry are sent from NewAccounts@DNAWorldPetRegistry.com or Updates@DNAWorldPetRegistry.com.

Almost all email providers today send mail to Junk Mail folders unless you have specifically marked the address as “Safe”. It is very likely that our emails have been delivered to your junk mail folder.

Please check your junk mail folder for messages from the DNA World Pet Registry*.

You should add NewAccounts@DNAWorldPetRegistry.com and Updates@DNAWorldPetRegistry.com to your Safe Senders list or Contacts. Every email program is a little different, below are links to help files for some common email systems. If you have a different email system, do a Google search for: “[your mail program] add to safe senders” You should easily find the correct instructions.

If you have allowed enough time for the mail to arrive at BioPet and our emails are not in your Junk Mail folder, you can contact BioPet's Customer Service department and they will be happy to provide you with your credentials.

Don't forget to change your spam settings!

* Note on Yahoo Mail: We've noticed that the sort/filter options in Yahoo's junk mail folder do not work well. It may be difficult to find messages, but they should be in there
