Club Managed Parentage The Club Managed Parentage feature of the DNA World Pet Registry is designed to give clubs and organizations the ability to independently certify parentage and register pets utilizing the latest DNA technology. Club Managed Parentage utilizes the same DNA technology as DNA Proof of Parentage. The difference is that a club or organization collects DNA samples, enters identifying information about an animal and executes the parentage test instead of the pet owner. Using this product Clubs can ensure the highest level of accuracy in the information collected. Clubs can also use reporting tools to keep track member pets and owners. Clubs can create their own custom registration programs using our simple online tools. How it Works Clubs/Organizations sign up for a Club Managed Parentage account on the DNA World Pet Registry. Purchase DNA collection materials and analysis from BioPet Vet Lab. Parts and materials can be customized for your unique needs. Using DNA collection materials collect DNA samples from your member dogs. Use the DNA World Pet Registry Club Administration tools to record information about the dogs in your club. You can choose what information is required for your club/organization. DNA samples are processed by BioPet Vet Lab, you will be notified when samples are ready for analysis. Using the DNA World Pet Registry Club Administration tools, execute “Proof of Parentage” tests. Print DNA Proof of Parentage certificates, for your records or to give your members. Benefits Clubs can earn additional revenue by setting a price for the registration process. Each registered dog gets a profile on the DNA World Pet Registry. Members can have an unlimited number of pets. Members can use our Pet Management features. Clubs keep a secure record of all pets registered with the club. Data entered by the club can never be changed by the pet owner, ensuring integrity of the information available. All dog’s public pet profiles will display Parentage status (if certified) and club affiliation. A registered dog’s DNA is permanently stored in the system and can be tested again. Only new puppies require new DNA Analysis. Clubs however may elect to charge a fee for each parentage analysis performed. How to Participate Please fill out and submit the form below.
